WOMEN'S ECONOMIC CHAMBER
The common interest of a particular group of business women and professionals in influencing the society in terms of strengthening women enterprising and careers, comes to life through the WOMEN ECONOMIC CHAMBER.
After decades of experience in several business and consultancy areas, this group of women is able to synchronize the knowledge, energy and will to contribute, in a way that can be passed across to plenty of other ventures.
Therefore, the purpose of the Chamber is to protect the economic and social interests of women entrepreneurs, professionals and self-employed from all sectors of the economy, and to provide them services through the development of favorable policies for economic and social support, promotional activities, national and regional cooperation, studies, publications, projects and consulting.
- Cooperation with the central and local government, as well as with international organizations for drafting policies and programs in favor of the economic and social empowerment of women.
- Design and implementation of projects related to the object of the association itself funded by various donors and programs.
- Consultancy and technical assistance to Albanian SMEs for strategic business planning.
- Preparation of professional training programs for small and medium enterprises owners, and self-employed women.
- Activities supporting the internationalization of women SMEs through the promotion of productive ventures, trade, local handicrafts, along with the promotion of fashion and design at fairs, meetings, conferences, and seminars.
- Implementing innovative marketing and management techniques and business plans.
- Cooperation with diplomatic units accredited in Albania in order to establish links of economic cooperation with various bodies of the respective countries and to increase more and more cooperation with foreign markets.
- Participation and membership in regional and international networks of Women's Associations in order to orient, support, develop and empower women economically.
The main purpose of the association is to protect the economic interests of women entrepreneurs, professionals, and the self-employed in all sectors of the economy by providing services to them through the development of favorable policies for economic and social support of women.
