🌿 The Women’s Economic Chamber was part of the two-year project #EcosystemBuildersAlbania, financed by @bmz_bund and executed by @gizalbania in collaboration with @enpactorg
Through the work of our two Project Managers, @ira_skendo and @denisabiba_ two new services were developed that are bringing real impact for women entrepreneurs in Albania:
The “Women for Women” Mentoring Program, now in its third cycle with 20 mentor–mentee pairs, builds bridges of collaboration and develops the skills of women entrepreneurs.
The Monthly Training Program with Experts, a series of practical trainings for the development and growth of member businesses, focused on the most in-demand market knowledge.
Other organizations that support business development in Albania were also part of this program, creating a network of collaboration that strengthens the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country.
