Ylldise Brahimaj Founder & board member of the Women Economic Chamber

Ylldise Brahimaj is the Executive Director of VRDA Foundation. She is an expert in Project Management and SME Development in: EU-SME project, EBRD, USAID, UNDP, GIZ WEB4YES. Her qualifications are in the management and expertise of SMEs, training, coaching and mentoring.

Brajhimaj is an external expert at the European Delegation in Albania, on "Competitiveness, Business, Innovation and Trade".

Her experiences are related to:  

Consulting in the economic development of SMEs (strategy and analysis for training needs)

Entrepreneurship,competitiveness, innovation, regional and local development

Private SME sector development through IPA programs.

Has provided training and mentoring for Albanian SMEs, local women and young entrepreneurs of the IDEA program.

She has designed and prepared training programs.

Yldize has provided training and internships for unemployed and young women.

Experience in the development of the tourism sector

Dedication on increasing the skills of women farmers, agro-tourism and handicrafts.

She has developed training curricula including Training-of-Trainers (TOT) programs;

Ibrahimaj is engaged in innovative management at the national level for the development of enterprises and start-up businesses

Feasibility studies, market analysis and business plans for SMEs and youth;

Yldise is also engaged in developing the skills of employees for SMEs and public institutions;

Consulting and training in the field of tourism and agro-tourism

She is a trainer of entrepreneurship according to the CEFE methodology and a member of many international consulting and entrepreneurship organizations.
