Antoneta Ndreka is the co-founder of LUFRA and Dukat sh.p.k.

Antoneta has successfully held for more than 27 years the position of Production and Planning Director.

She has the responsibility to design, update and implement all procedures and the highest standards in relation to each product produced.

She completed her classical studies in the field of health and nursing, in Vlora.

Furthermore, she finished her studies in technical training in the field of business.

She has attended several training modules held by Chr. Hansen Holding A / S in Denmark.

Through USAID / Partners, she took part in several training programs focused on dairy industry leaders.

Ndreka has completed various courses on different techniques and processes of the UHT milk production, assembled by Parmalat group in Italy.

Antoneta was responsible since the beginning for formulating the vision of the Product Management department and also for distributing this vision to each sub-department and employees in the department.

She is in charge of providing the product development stages up to the final level ready for the market as well as creating and managing a process that leads to a variable product portfolio, which in turn drives product profitability.

In addition, she plays a crucial role in interviewing, recruiting, hiring and mentoring key product management personnel.

Antoneta takes charge of creating an exciting, dynamic and sustainable work environment that attracts and retains talent in the department.
