Alida Kondi, a graduate in economics in tourism management and public administration, has 30 years of experience in SME development, SME policy, tourism development, business organizations and consulting.

For 9 years, Alida has been the founding and financing director of the non-profit organization "Center for the Promotion of Competitiveness", focusing on the development of SMEs, entrepreneurship and the development of social business and civil society. Alida is a senior expert in the field of project planning, writing, development, management and evaluation. She has a number of papers, studies, textbooks, reports on the labor market, business and investment, on social enterprises in Albania. She has experience in designing programs and providing training to businesses, organizations and public institutions and reporting on the implementation of SME policies. Kondi also works as an international expert on public projects or institutions.
